SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

In order to ensure the most current information for each property, we create a working history of its past.  Each tenant profile is created with a complete payment history since their lease began.  This allows us to understand our tenants payment cycles, as well as any subsidized aid they might receive periodically.  This information will be available to the owner as well as the tenant through our online management platform, AppFolio.

PAYMENTS
TENANTS have multiple ways to pay their rent.  From no-contact options like AppFolio & autopay to traditional mail-in & walk-in payments.  Monthly rent pick-up is also available to certain tenants. 
VENDORS have multiple ways to get paid.  All payments are entered into our searchable database where invoices, as well as their corresponding payments are available for owners to see.  Digital copies of invoices, receipts, checks and/or photographs are attached to their corresponding bills as well.

MONTHLY REPORTS

Keeping our investors well informed is the key to our success.  We provide 24/7 access to real time financial & accounting reports for owners and their investors. Restricted login's can be created for accountants and other financial consultants.  In addition, monthly reports are prepared for each property, outlining all significant activities that took place that month.  
Whether at the building or behind the scenes, owners are informed and updated until the tasks are completed.
